We started with a question:

“Can we provide small businesses with big business IT support and small town customer service at an affordable cost?” And our answer was a resounding, “Yes!”  With the intelligent use of IT management software, combined with service-minded tech support staff, and smart planning – we knew we could do it!

In the beginning…

David was a local business IT consultant and software developer with dozens of satisfied business clients in the Ozarks region from multiple industries. Stan was a serial entrepreneur with a successful business IT support company based in Texas. And Richard was a corporate IT professional with over 20 years of experience in Education and Healthcare.

The Problem?

Stan and David were both seeing a recurring problem with all of the small businesses they worked with: they were severely lacking in business IT support – the point where it could be detrimental.  So, Stan and David birthed the idea of creating a new local business with the single purpose of providing high-level IT support for small businesses, with great customer service, at an affordable rate that won’t break budgets.

The Team…

Richard joined the team to help provide quality customer service IT support because of his experience in managing an IT Help Desk for a mid-sized business supporting thousands of people and devices over multiple locations. He turned his IT department from the lowest internal customer service scores to the highest in the organization.  Stan and David knew Richard’s involvement was the next piece of the puzzle. And InTouch Tech Solutions was born!
